Congrats to Jesse & Ashley!!

Man, I can't believe it's MAY already! Time flys when you're selling homes and making dreams come true! LOL...but really, it's the truth!

Big congrats to Jesse & Ashley who closed on their very first home on March 30th, 2018. These two were just soooo awesome and positive throughout the whole process. Yes, we lost out on a couple of great homes early on, but each time was a lesson learned and they ended on snagging a cute 1910 Bungalo in Downtown Oregon City!

BTW, if you haven't been to the OC in some time, you should check it out. The downtown is just super cute with tons of new restaurants breweries and funky little shops! It has even received an honor for Main Street America as one of the country's BEST Main Street. Click here to see the full write-up.

Another thing that was great about Ashley & Jesse, on a personal and professional level, for me is... they found me on Instagram! My first ever "Insta-clients"! I just made that word up...I think. :)

I was just soooo excited when they showed up to our First Time Home Buyer Class in January and mentioned they heard about me & the class through Instagram! Finally, my hours on social media have paid off! YAASSS!!!!

Seriously though, aren't they cute! They couldn't wait to get into their new home to start their DIY renovations! Jesse even stated fixing things during our final walk-thru.
