🌈 Another Home Buyer Success!

Congrats to super mamas, Jen & Cherene, on the purchase of their very first home! It's a very intense market out there for buyers looking under the $400,000 range. We lost out on 2 homes early on, but this family was committed to finding a home! As it turned out, third time's the charm and we won in a multiple offer situation on this cute home in North Plains.

I truly believe that smart, committed and educated buyers will succeed in this market. It's not always the highest price that wins offers, (there's always the appraisal to think about) but the contract terms. Jen & Cher wrote a strong offer with terms that the seller could not refuse!

Now Jen & Cher have a lovely new home in a friendly community to raise their adorable daughter Lily! ....And Lily has all the strawberries she could possibly eat! 🍓
